Teacup Meadow – Returns & Refunds Policy (UK)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please note that as our items are handmade and one‑of‑a‑kind, returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including standard delivery costs, as required by UK law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
