- Products
Each item is handmade and one of a kind. Photos are illustrative and small variations may occur.
- Orders and Payment
All orders are placed and paid for online through our secure checkout. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.
- Delivery
We post orders within the UK. Delivery prices are shown at checkout. Responsibility for the item passes to you once it has been delivered to the address provided.
- Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that as our items are handmade and one‑of‑a‑kind, returned items must be unused and in their original condition. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including standard delivery costs, as required by UK law. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Pricing
Prices shown include applicable taxes. If there is an obvious pricing or description error, we may correct it and cancel the affected order.
- Safety
Our products are decorative items only. They are not toys. Keep away from children and pets.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for your item.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
